We use Royal Mail as our primary shipping partner. We ship domestically within the UK using the Royal Mail 1st Class service where appropriate. Internationally we use the Royal Mail International Standard service where Royal Mail will hand our packages to local carriers for processing internally to the country of delivery.
Our shipping charges include packaging and handling and are calculated by weight and destination. The pricing scales in line with Royal Mail fees to ensure you only pay for what is necessary to receive your order. Shipping charges are calculated as you shop and the final charge is shown at the checkout giving you the opportunity to review before placing your order.
Where all items are available, we aim to ship orders up to 2Kg within 1 business day. Orders over 2Kg may experience a slight delay while we ensure the most suitable service is used, which may not be with Royal Mail. If your order contains "Pre-order" items, this indicates the item is not currently in stock, but will be scheduled into our production run. Orders containing a mix of available and pre-order items will be held until all items are available and shipped in one package to maintain low shipping fees. Pre-order items are generally made available in 3-5 days from order.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in our pricing or shipping costs. These charges are your responsibility.
