We only accept payment via our web store. Orders will not be considered paid for until payment is made in full and has been verified by our ordering system. Verification usually takes less than an hour, but in some cases can take up to 24 hours to complete.
Once you place an order, you are binding into a legal contract, so please do not buy unless you intend to complete the purchase. We will cancel all orders without notice after 7 days of payment not being received.
We are a small company with tens of thousands of products in our portfolio. We are unable to physically stock every single product so manufacture most products as needed.
Depending on our current order volume, manufacturing can take 1-4 working days.

While we will endeavour to process cancellations as quickly as possible, but we cannot offer any guarantees we will do so before the order is dispatched. Please see our Terms for further details.
For efficiency, we process orders for dispatch in batches and ship in bulk at least twice per week. The frequency of these batch runs increases in line with sales at peak times.
Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on the weight of your order and include all required packaging.
Shipping fees are fixed and are not subject to negotiation.
We will ship your order to the delivery address you provide. Please check before confirming payment. If there is a mistake with the address provided to us, we cannot guarantee we will be able to intercept your order before dispatch, and we reserve the right to charge for your order to be resent.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in our pricing or shipping costs. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing an order.
If you change your mind, or any of our products fall below the standard you would expect and you wish to return the item, you need to notify us within 60 days of receiving it. We are happy to refund or exchange any item providing it is returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (if it has any) with all accessories. Some items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, such as bespoke or customised.
If your item develops a fault within 60 days of delivery we will offer you a refund, including postage costs or a replacement product. In some cases we may request that the faulty product is returned to us for checking and to verify the fault before a refund is offered.
If your item develops a fault after 60 days but within the 12 month warranty period please contact us to return it, and we will repair or replace it once we have it and we have verified the fault.
If a product is returned as faulty but we find no manufacturing fault or if the fault has developed as a result of misuse, we will not replace it or offer a refund, including that for postage costs.
In the event you need to return an item, please consider the time required for the shipping service chosen to get it to us and allow an additional 2 working days for us to investigate the fault. Please note, it can take 3-5 working days for any refund given to show in your account.
